A Company in Jersey is seeking a proactive Senior Administrator / Company Secretary to join the Fund Corporate Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role supports a wide range of fund clients by coordinating board meetings, preparing agendas and meeting packs, and taking accurate board minutes.
The successful candidate will work closely with fund managers, legal parties, and internal teams to ensure seamless corporate secretarial services. Key responsibilities include organising quarterly and ad hoc board meetings, maintaining corporate records, and following up on action points. They will also assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. This position is ideal for a well-organised individual with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Experience in company secretarial work and knowledge of fund structures is preferred, though training will be provided. Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a flexible, team-oriented approach are essential. A relevant ‘Category 5’ professional qualification would be advantageous.
