Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Company Secretary Officer ( Trust ) to join an international award-winning private bank.

 

We are looking for someone to provide company secretarial services to the Relationship Management teams for client companies.
Responsibilities will include:

• Client company Guernsey Registry submissions and filings to include incorporations, Guernsey Annual Validations, statutory filings (to include Audit Waiver and AGM monitoring) and otherwise.
• Maintaining registered office board.
• Dealing with other agents in respect of BTGL’s client companies, working with the Relationship Managers (RMs), as appropriate.
• Assisting the RMs in dealing with any queries concerning their client companies (incorporated in Guernsey and elsewhere), to include liquidations, incorporations and any other day-to-day company focused activities.
