We are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join an established banking team in Jersey.
The Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and overseeing corporate governance. You will also streamline administration processes across departments and assist with meeting preparation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of banking laws and regulations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and have strong organisational skills and business acumen.
