Company Secretary

A leading financial services firm is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join the team as a Company Secretarial Officer. This role plays a key part in supporting our client’s governance and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for convening, attending, and minuting board and committee meetings, liaising with board members and external parties and preparing and dispatching board packs in coordination with fund administration teams. The individual will also be involved in the setup of corporate entities and limited partnerships, work closely with listing authorities, make stock exchange announcements where necessary, and support new client take-ons from a company secretarial perspective.

We are looking for someone with 2-5 years experience in a similar role within fund administration or company secretarial services. A good understanding of UK Listing Rules and CGI qualification (or working towards it) would be a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems is expected, and experience with Viewpoint or Board Intelligence would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential.
