We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a Company Secretary seeking to advance their career in corporate governance. Our client, a reputable firm in the fund sector based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is looking for a dedicated individual to take on this crucial role.

The role involves efficiently planning and organising board meetings, preparing comprehensive board packs in line with statutory and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records of minutes. The candidate will manage insider lists, safeguard statutory documentation, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws. Effective communication with clients and intermediaries, alongside providing administrative support to Directors, is essential.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in company secretarial or administrative roles, with a solid understanding of corporate law. Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal and time management abilities, and sharp attention to detail. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, a capacity to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
