You will facilitate board meetings, manage regulatory filings and uphold statutory records-crucial functions that require precision and integrity.
Your responsibilities include:
– Board Meetings Facilitation: Organizing meeting schedules, preparing agendas & supporting materials.
– Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant laws/regulations; filing necessary documents promptly.
– Statutory Records Management: Maintaining accurate documentation such as minutes books & registers.
