We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary Officer to join a leading Banking Firm. This role provides essential company secretarial support to the Relationship Management teams.
As a Company Secretary Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing Guernsey Registry submissions, statutory filings, incorporations, and annual validations. They’ll help maintain accurate company registers, support the upkeep of beneficial ownership records, and assist with economic substance reporting and financial returns across multiple jurisdictions.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a Company Secretarial or similar financial services role. ICSA or STEP qualifications are essential. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be highly organised, and be capable of working accurately under pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and corporate databases (like Navision) is also important.
