We have anew opportunity for a highly experienced and qualified Company Secretary to take on the role of Company Secretarial Manager – Funds in St. Helier, Jersey. As Company Secretarial Manager, the successful Candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the company secretarial work across various committees and client structures affiliated with this leading offshore service provider. This includes: Keeping and maintaining the statutory registers and books of allocated client entities and associated documentation, Arranging company incorporations and limited partnership formations, as required.
To be considered for this position, the Ideal Candidate must possess an ICSA/ACCA/ICAEW/STEP qualification or equivalent, with over 5 years of experience within a Company Secretarial/Fund services environment. Additionally, must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities. Tact and diplomacy are also essential skills required for this position.
