Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Community Fibre Sales and Support Officer to join a leading telecommunications provider.


Job purpose:

  • Responsible for going door-to-door and selling the product portfolio including but not limited to Fibre.
  • Perform Tele Sales calls from time to time when the weather conditions are not suitable for door to door sales.
  • Sets up and demonstrates product, negotiates sale, and completes paperwork. May follow up with clients repeatedly.
  • Post sales contact to make sure the customer is happy with the service and if they need any further support, which may include a second home visit.
