We are looking for a commercially focused and experienced In-House Lawyer to join a local telecoms company. This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of commercial and regulatory legal matters within the telecoms and technology sectors.
In this position, the successful candidate will be advising on legal and commercial risk across all departments. They will work closely with product and sales teams to support contract development for new services. The individual will also play a key role in data protection compliance across the company. Strong legal expertise will support a range of regulatory issues, including licensing and the preparation of regulatory documentation and responses.
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years’ PQE. Strong drafting skills and experience negotiating complex commercial contracts are essential. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and confident working independently while engaging across all levels of the organisation.
