A thriving local bank in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for developing customer-centric product pricing that balances fairness and commercial objectives. In addition, the successful candidate will implement effective strategies to optimize commercial performance and contribute to savings and mortgage pricing model enhancements.
They will also manage new products from conception through communication phases and advance Sustainability Strategy initiatives compliant with industry standards.
The role requires effective relationship building skills to foster strong internal and external connections critical for achieving business goals.
Attention to detail is also essential to maintain precision across all work processes. Mastery of MS Applications is required, with Excel expertise necessary for complex data handling. Numerical acumen is also a must-have, using quantitative skills to drive sound financial decisions. The Commercial Analyst must work collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive team engagement.
