Commercial Accountant

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Commercial Accountant to join a real estate business.

Key duties will include:

• To provide financial business support to both Jersey and UK property business (construction, rentals, sales), working closely with the Associate Director.
• To assist development of and to deliver management reports, KPIs and analysis of results for both Jersey and UK entities, including profitability and cost reporting;
• To work with the financial processes team under the guidance of the Associate Director, to ensure that suppliers are paid on time and invoices are issued, assist development and embedding of efficient well controlled processes to support this function.
• To assist the Associate Director with the development and improvement of the current financial systems to efficiently support business needs
• To carry out financial projects at the request of the Associate Director;
