Our client, a well-established company in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collections Advisor to join their team in the energy and utilities sector.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating payment plans with customers and enforcing agreed-upon payments. They will advise on suitable payment methods and keep accurate records of all transactions. The candidate will evaluate potential disconnection actions and offer empathetic support to vulnerable customers. Additionally, will be expected to maintain working relationships with customers.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to enforce structured payment agreements. They must possess excellent organisational skills and have a good understanding of gas supply disconnection procedures. The candidate must be committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
