We have a new opportunity available for a Cloud Engineer to join a telecommunications service on a temporary basis.
The Cloud Engineer is an IT professional with good working knowledge in a few IT disciplines with an associate level qualification. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and customer experience of Sure Cloud Services leveraging infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup, network or security technologies. This company has a strong customer centric service culture which will come naturally to candidates. The Cloud Engineer will be comfortable managing and investigating customer support issues and issues raised by monitoring, and in both cases a determination to reach the root cause is essential.
