We are looking for a Client Services Senior Officer to take responsibility for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and company clients. This senior role is suited to a qualified professional with around 5+ years’ experience and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include coordinating and attending client meetings, preparing trust and company documents, maintaining statutory records, and handling bookkeeping and invoicing. They will also liaise with clients, beneficiaries, advisors, and intermediaries, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery. A key part of this role involves contributing to internal operations, developing best practice procedures, and supporting business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be confident managing their own caseload, acting as a B signatory, and supporting complex client structures. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a professional, team-oriented attitude. Familiarity with evolving regulatory frameworks and a commitment to ongoing professional development are expected.
