Client Services Officer

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join an international banking and wealth management group in Guernsey.

Role definition:

• To enable the clients to achieve their goals by making the banking experience simple, personal, efficient and stress free.
• Deal with all aspects of client servicing for clients in the Private Client book.
• Assist Private Client Service team with Relationship Management duties of Group, staff, and Rest of world client books, including but not limited to.
• Transaction monitoring.
• Account opening.
• Client reviews.
• To ensure that service delivery to clients is an exceptional client experience and puts the client at the centre of everything.
