As a Client Services Officer, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with valued clients. The responsibilities will include adhering to internal processes and procedures, collaborating with various business functions, and providing valuable insights aimed at enhancing efficiency.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. They should have a proven track record of demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working with confidential material and exercising discretion as needed.
