An established financial services company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Director to lead their private client team in Jersey.
As Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing team operations, managing budgets, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries. They will be expected to provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s overall goals.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have excellent client relationship management skills, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. They must also have a deep understanding of financial products and services, providing expert advice to clients and the team. You will analyse financial data and make informed decisions based on that analysis, contributing to the company’s overall success.
