We are seeking an experienced Client Services Assistant Director to manage a portfolio of complex trust and company structures. This role involves overseeing daily administration and strategic planning, with support from senior management and wealth planners.
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing relationships with clients and their advisors, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional. They will be responsible for transactions across a range of asset classes, including private equity, real estate, and marketable securities, with regular reviews of investment performance.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory environment, a proactive approach to risk management, and a strong commercial mindset. We’re looking for someone with experience in complex structures, holding or working towards STEP, ICSA, or an equivalent professional qualification. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential.
