We currently have an Esteemed Banking Client looking for a Client Services Analyst to join their team in St. Helier, Jersey. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong analytical skills to help ensure that clients receive the best possible service. In this role, the Candidate will work closely with relationship managers to validate documentation, conduct screenings, and undertake due diligence investigations. They will be responsible for analysing data and identifying areas for improvement in the processes.
To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate will need to have strong prioritisation and adaptability skills. They will also need a solid understanding of AML protocols to ensure that the Firm’s clients’ needs are met. It will be expected for the Candidate to have excellent communication abilities. They will need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers to resolve any issues that may arise.
