We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of private debt fund structures of a global Financial Services firm. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing asset class within alternative investments, working on complex transactions involving direct lending, equity, and real estate.
The successful candidate will manage client relationships, lead a team, coordinate board meetings, oversee investment transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include financial oversight, fee negotiations, and integrating new clients into the company’s processes.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification (ICSA or equivalent) or strong practical experience. Experience in private debt, private equity, or real estate structures is beneficial. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
