We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Client Relationship Manager/Assistant in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Key Responsibilities:
– Establish yourself as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring seamless account management.
– Cultivate enduring partnerships with employers by understanding their needs regarding pension plans.
– Keep clients well-informed on procedural updates along with statutory, fiscal and legislative changes that may impact them.
– Effectively communicate between administration teams and clients to maintain high standards of plan administration fidelity.

Skills Required:
* Account Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for regular interaction with stakeholders
* Procedural Knowledge: Understanding operational aspects of pension plans including regulatory compliance
* Continuous Improvement Focus: A proactive approach towards improving processes based on evolving client interactions
* Organisational Awareness: Keeping updated knowledge relevant employer’s business activities
