Our client, a reputable firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Client Relationship Manager / Assistant Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining solid client relationships in the pensions sector.
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include managing and nurturing partnerships with employers who engage pension products from the Firm’s institution, educating clients about their pension plan operations, and keeping clientele informed of relevant procedural changes and statutory, fiscal legislation updates. In addition, the Candidate will be required to oversee the day-to-day operations of the client relationship management team, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
To be considered for this role, the Ideal Candidate must possess excellent account management skills, communication proficiency, and regulatory awareness. The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
