We are seeking a Client Operations Assistant Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring first-class service for a leading Family Office Firm in St Helier, Jersey on a 6-month contract basis.

The successful candidate will oversee client and banking-related data and refine operational processes by collaborating with stakeholders. They will also provide cover for other managers within the Client Operations team when necessary. The responsibilities will include coordinating and completing tax reporting and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Oversee data maintenance, including banking information updates and register changes, while identifying potential improvements to processes.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in administration, compliance, or client operations. A relevant qualification such as ICSA, STEP, or Accountancy is preferred. Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. They should be proactive, independent, and capable of coaching and motivating others while maintaining excellent communication and relationship management skills.
