Client File Reviewer

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Client File Reviewer to join a finance team in Guernsey or Jersey. This key role will involve conducting periodic financial crime, fiduciary, and operational reviews across the client base, ensuring that all AML/CFT procedures and records are complete and up to date.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer due diligence, identifying potential compliance or risk issues, and escalating concerns where necessary. The day-to-day will also include screening for negative media, checking that client activity aligns with profiles, and making updates to internal systems. Communication of findings and assisting with remediation steps will be vital, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory deadlines.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need a strong understanding of local AML/CFT regulations and the wider regulatory landscape. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
