A leading firm in the Trust sector is seeking an experienced Client Director to join their team. This role involes leading trust administration teams, ensuring outstanding client service and compliance with regulatory standards.

As Client Director, the successful candidate will provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. They will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management while ensuring seamless trust administration operations. With a client-first approach, the candidate will nurture relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor on trust structures and fiduciary services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, with a STEP or equivalent professional qualification preferred. They should have at least 10 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong strategic vision, leadership skills, regulatory expertise, and client relationship management experience are essential.
