Client Director

A leading Financial Services firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey is seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Director to oversee the administration and development of client structures within their Private Client Service Line.

As a Client Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration and service for client entities, ensuring full compliance with the company’s policies and procedures. They will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and third parties while leading and supervising a team. Providing training, guidance, and performance management will be an essential part of your role. Staying up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes is also crucial in this role.

To be successful, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in fiduciary administration or financial services, along with a professional qualification. A strong knowledge of fiduciary administration, relevant laws, and regulations is essential. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively. Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and work under pressure, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are also key.
