We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Director to join the Fund Services team in Jersey. In this senior leadership role, they will be responsible for overseeing a team of administrators delivering high-quality client services to a portfolio of fund clients across regulated and unregulated structures.
Working closely with the Director team, the successful candidate will help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, enhancing existing client relationships, and contributing to the planning and execution of the service line’s strategic objectives. They will act as a director on client boards, manage billing and revenue targets, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in fiduciary or financial services, including at least 5 years in a senior management role, and hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA, Chartered Accountant, Lawyer, or equivalent). A strong understanding of Jersey’s regulatory landscape, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commercial, client-focused mindset are essential.
