We have a new opportunity in our esteemed client’s Claims Department for a proactive and customer-focused individual. This is a part-time role that requires a minimum of 15 hours per week.

As a Claims Handler, the successful candidate will be managing a range of personal and commercial lines claims, including but not limited to motor, household, marine, travel, construction, tradesman, property owners, liability, and retail. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing claims from start to finish, liaising with clients and insurers, obtaining necessary documentation, preparing claim presentations, managing diaries, attending meetings, both in and out of the office, and ensuring prompt settlement of claims.

We’re looking for someone confident, outgoing, and detail-oriented who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. While previous claims experience is desirable, it is not essential, full training will be provided to the right candidate. Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills are key to success in this role. A clean driving licence is preferred, as occasional travel to meetings may be required.
