A Local company is looking for an experienced and proven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead its operations in Guernsey.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the flight and ground operations, including the management of the Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC). They will be tasked with driving continuous improvement processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the aviation industry.
As the COO, the ideal candidate will face a variety of complex logistical challenges inherent in the fast-paced aviation industry. Strong strategic leadership skills will be crucial to guide major initiatives and align them with corporate objectives. A deep understanding of the aviation industry, from fleet management down to detailed regulatory knowledge, will be crucial to success in this role. The candidate must also have the ability to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations even under pressure.
