Change Communications Manager (FTC)

Job Description

This is a great new opportunity for a Change Communications Manager to join a leading law firm on a 12 month fixed-term contract.


Key duties will include:

  • Ensuring a consistent process is followed for ‘launching change’, in consultation with the individuals implementing change
  • Develop and use a stakeholder framework to develop a consistent comms framework – devising / delivering campaigns / more consistent and persistent / telling the story / involving people / hearing more voices / encouraging others to take the lead
  • Design, develop, deliver and manage internal communications to best affect business change in collaboration with the Internal Communications and Engagement team
  • Input into the maintenance of the change heat map / one view of all change linking into this all initiatives responsible for (avoiding clashes / conflict / too much at once) – to ensure we can see what change is expected and when
  • Consult with areas of the business to assess the potential impact of change activity
