Cabin Services Supervisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Cabin Services Supervisor to join their team in Guernsey. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards within commercial aircraft operations.

The Role Will Involve:
– Overseeing cleaning quality and implementation of deep cleaning programs.
– Upholding exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the aircraft at all times.
– Managing storage facilities for various products efficiently.
– Coordinating adequate shift coverage while handling staff management aspects such as welfare, engagement, performance issues, and discipline matters effectively.

Essential Skills/Experience Required:
Leadership: A proven track record demonstrating strong leadership capabilities is crucial for managing teams successfully.

Microsoft Products Proficiency & Software Knowledge: You must be well-acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite alongside possessing good general software knowledge to perform administrative tasks proficiently.

Change Management Application: The ability to facilitate change within the organization by applying structured methods will be key in this dynamic environment.

A Clean Driving License & Flexibility: Due to operational requirements including vehicle operation duties; candidates are required have a clean driving license along with flexibility regarding work hours.
