A local Commercial firm is looking for a Business Systems Manager to join their team. In this role, candidates will manage key software and create data analysis tools, while finding ways to improve processes through technology.
The key responsibilities will include overseeing and maintaining business applications, configuring system updates, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will lead system-related projects, ensure compliance with GDPR and security best practices, and develop data-driven reporting tools to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in business systems, software configuration, and IT process automation. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, data analysis, and business intelligence tools is desirable, along with excellent problem-solving and project management skills. The candidate should be a proactive, logical thinker with strong communication abilities. Experience in business analysis, change management, and mentoring team members is beneficial.
