We are seeking a highly competent Banking Systems Analyst/Developer to join a leading firm in the banking sector. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with multiple departments to formulate and execute system-based approaches that enhance operational efficacy. Having expertise in financial products and services, as well as regulatory compliance, will be crucial to success.

As a Banking Systems Analyst/Developer, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Exceptional communication skills will help bridge the gap between these groups and ensure that everyone is on the same page. Additionally, they will be responsible for analysing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate for this position will have several years of experience in the banking industry, as well as a deep understanding of system development methodologies. They should be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and have a working knowledge of programming languages.
