A local telecoms company is seeking for a Business Support Shift Lead to join the Service Operations Centre team, delivering high-quality support to the enterprise customers.

 

In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead a team of SOC technicians during their shift, ensuring smooth operations, quick resolution of network faults, and exceptional customer service. They will take ownership of escalations, coordinate responses to major incidents, and act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, handling incident and change processes, and contributing to ongoing service improvements.

We’re looking for someone with experience in IT operations and team supervision, ideally within a managed services or B2B environment. Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
