Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Business Sales Account Director to join a leading telecommunications provider.


Job purpose:

• To account manage Business customers and act as a key point of contact
• To proactively prospect for new business into the small and medium Businesses through face-to-face, phone, email, direct customer visits and event attendance.
• To retain and grow Sure revenues in line with Annual Targets.
To protect the existing revenue base from competition
To grow new revenue by upselling and cross selling solutions
• Collaborate with business stake holder teams such as, product, marketing, professional services, finance and engineering to meet and exceed customer needs.
• This is a key role within the group, with high expectations to deliver growth revenue in a competitive everchanging market.
