Skills and Expertise

Our client is looking for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

  • Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in at least one tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker) and a willingness to learn others.
  • Data Querying and Manipulation: Solid skills in SQL and familiarity with data manipulation languages such as DAX.
  • Data Visualisation Mastery: A good design sense with the ability to create clear, user-friendly presentations using innovative techniques.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to explain analytical insights to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning from senior team members and sharing knowledge to drive improvement.
  • Data Privacy Awareness: Understanding basic data privacy principles when working with sensitive information.
  • Sector Knowledge: Exposure to financial services or the legal sector is advantageous but not essential.
