A business in Jersey is seeking a detail-focused and analytical Business Insights Executive to help shape the way they measure and report their performance and impact. This role is key to turning data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and drive engagement across the organisation.
Reporting to the Company Secretary/Head of Service Development and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will manage data accuracy, maintain the dashboard (Power BI/Fabric), and create insightful narratives for internal and external stakeholders. They will also support key reporting cycles, identify trends, and contribute to business planning and development.
We’re looking for someone with recent experience in a data and insights role, ideally familiar with Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools, and strong communication skills.
