A reputable firm is seeking a talented individual to take the role of Business Assistant to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This full-time role presents a unique opportunity to immerse in a workplace that values exceptional client service.

As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, demonstrating professionalism and empathy when interacting with esteemed clients. The responsibilities will include contributing to the daily workflow by transcribing documents from audio recordings with precision. In addition, they will support the team by organising their schedules, arranging client appointments, and internal meetings, and coordinating travel plans, ensuring all logistical needs are met with excellence.

The ideal candidate should be a swift and precise typist, able to manage substantial volumes of dictated material with ease and confidence. Strong organisational skills are essential, with a proven ability to keep records up-to-date and systems well-organised to ensure the smooth running of the office. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required, as these tools are integral to the role.
