We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join a leading legal firm as part of the Finance, Billing & Collections team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business with invoice creation and distribution, playing a key role in driving process efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include producing legal bills from initial creation to distribution, reviewing WIP balances with fee earners, and assisting with complex billing requirements such as amendments and write-offs. The candidate will also act as a subject matter expert for billing on the firm’s practice management system, manage billing email inboxes, and ensure compliance with invoicing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a billing role, preferably in a legal environment, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Aderant tools and automated workflows is preferred. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential. We’re looking for someone with a client-focused mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
