A leading firm is seeking a Associate Director to help grow the fiduciary services business in Guernsey. This is a key leadership role focused on developing new business, strengthening client and intermediary relationships, and supporting the implementation of the local business strategy.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, act as a director on managed entities, and contribute to risk management, governance, and team development. A strong focus on service quality and commercial growth is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years’ experience in fiduciary services, including 5 at a senior management level, and hold a relevant professional qualification. Proven leadership, business development, and technical expertise in offshore structures are essential.
