We are looking for an experienced compliance professional for the Associate Director – Compliance role in the Jersey office. They will manage regulatory and financial crime compliance for various client entities, including trust companies, funds, and Jersey Private Funds.
The successful candidate will hold Key Person roles (CO, MLCO, MLRO) and lead the delivery of compliance monitoring, AML/CFT frameworks, and regulatory reporting. They will also advise stakeholders on regulatory matters, support new business onboarding, and act as a primary liaison with the JFSC and FIU. In addition, they will manage and mentor members of the Client Compliance Team, helping to drive high standards and continuous improvement across the function.
This role requires at least 10 years’ experience in compliance or fiduciary services, ideally with prior Key Person experience. A recognised compliance qualification and strong knowledge of Jersey’s regulatory environment are essential.
