We are currently recruiting an Associate to join the mainstream corporate team in Jersey in an international law firm. We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, or corporate advisory work.
The successful candidate will work alongside some of Jersey’s leading corporate lawyers on high-profile and complex transactions, both locally and internationally. We welcome applications from Commonwealth-qualified lawyers with 3 to 5 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier corporate or commercial firm.
