We have a great opportunity for an Associate Client Director to join an independently owned provider of private client, corporate and fund services.
The Client Director (CD) is a highly qualified and experienced senior member of the Corporate Team who will make a significant contribution to the team achieving the desired business objectives.
This role has special focus on overseeing team management and operational processes and may act as a Director on client boards.
The post-holder would be expected to be a Chartered Director or Chartered Secretary and to have a minimum of 10/15 years’ experience in a general corporate administration, funds or private equity environment. Experience of dealing with companies listed on the London Stock Exchange or other exchanges is essential.
