We have an opportunity for a qualified lawyer to join an exceptional corporate team specialising in banking and finance at a prestigious law firm located in St Helier, Jersey.
As an Associate in the Banking & Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising on high-profile transactions, collaborating closely with industry-leading partners, and delivering top-tier client services. In this role, they will also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases alongside some of the leading minds in Corporate-Finance law today.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have 3 years’ post qualification experience from a respected corporate or commercial firm, bringing legal expertise into play advising complex financial matters. Their background should reflect strong technical skills gained through working on significant deals that showcase their ability as an excellent transactional attorney.
