Join a leading firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey as an Associate in Financial Services Law Practice. In this position, Candidates will have the opportunity to delve into corporate and commercial law, investment funds, banking matters, and regulatory affairs.
As part of the financial services group, the successful candidate will collaborate with senior associates and paralegals under partner guidance and be responsible for handling transactions from inception through completion. Providing top-tier legal support and ensuring client satisfaction at every turn is also an essential part of this role.
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified or have up to two years post-qualification experience (PQE), possessing a UK/Guernsey-recognised legal degree. A solid foundation in banking or corporate/commercial work alongside familiarity with compliance regimes is essential. Moreover, the ideal candidate must have proficient drafting skills, robust organisational prowess, and adept prioritisation techniques that ensure efficiency without compromising quality.
