We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join a leading firm’s Trust & Company team. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Working closely with and reporting to the Trust Manager or Client Relationship Director, the successful candidate will support a portfolio of client entities, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service. They will also deputise in their absence and provide mentorship and support to junior team members. The duties will be wide-ranging and include actioning payments and distributions, maintaining accounting records, drafting documentation, managing client files, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in trust and company administration, ideally with prior supervisory experience. A STEP or ICSA qualification is essential. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communications, familiar with compliance and AML regulations, and capable of reviewing and processing complex information. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
