Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join a leading international financial services provider.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Manager in overseeing and coordinating the general day to day administration of the team. Assisting the manager with the development of staff and develop and maintain good relationships with clients;
  • Holding appraisal interviews, completion of appraisal and job description forms and other related documentation. Following up on matters raised at appraisal.
  • Review of work carried out by the team, including client and investor correspondence and banking instructions;
  • Act as a ‘B’ signatory in respect of client affairs including the authorisation of payments made over client bank accounts;
  • Provide cover for the team manager during holidays or other periods of absence;
  • Assisting the Manager with matters relating to the financial performance of the team and the department as a whole;
  • Assisting the Manager to achieve the key results and performance objectives of the team.
  • Attend and arrange board meetings
  • Writing up minutes from meetings
