We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Trustee and Client Relationship Team. Reporting to the Manager or Client Services Director, they will support the administration of international and domestic pension plans, including IPPs, QROPS, and EFRBS.

 

Key duties include preparing trustee meeting minutes, processing payments and investment switches, supporting trust reviews, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate may also assist with mentoring junior staff and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a good understanding of trust principles, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to grow a career in a professional and supportive environment.
