A trust firm in Guernsey is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the Corporate Trustee and Client Relationship Team in Guernsey.

 

This role supports the administration of a diverse portfolio, including International Pension Plans, QROPS, EFRBS, and domestic pension schemes. The successful candidate will work closely with a Manager or Client Services Director to deliver high-quality trustee and client support, including minute preparation, payment and investment processing, AML and risk reviews, and client communications.

 

The ideal candidate will also help manage and mentor junior team members, contribute to billing and cash collection, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with trustee reviews and new client onboarding. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of trust principles are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
